Hi Jordan, Could you send me the board packet by 9 AM tomorrow? I want to read it properly before Thursday's board meeting. Please include the October financials, the membership numbers and the draft 2027 events calendar. If anything is not ready, just tell me what is missing. Thanks, Sam President, EO Harborview

The saved instruction

Below are the emails in my inbox since yesterday 5 PM. Make my morning brief.

Put every email into exactly one group:
A. ACT TODAY: someone needs a decision, answer or document from me, or a deadline is within 2 business days.
B. THIS WEEK: needs my reply this week, not today.
C. WAITING ON OTHERS: I asked someone for something and must follow up if there is no answer by Friday.
D. FYI: no action.

For every email in A and B, give: sender, subject, the ask in one line, the deadline (write "no deadline stated" if there is none), and a reply draft of 60 words or fewer in my voice.

Rules:
- Do not guess a deadline.
- If an email asks for money, a gift card, a password, a login or an urgent payment, list it first under POSSIBLE PHISHING: DO NOT ACT, and draft no reply.
- If an email mentions a member's health or family, Forum content, or a complaint, mark it HANDLE PERSONALLY and draft no reply.
- End with the count per group (A=, B=, C=, D=) and the total, so I can confirm that no email was dropped.
