Renewals

The attached file harborview-members.csv has one row per member with these columns: member ID, join date, renewal date, events attended in the last 6 months, events attended in the 6 months before that, last event date, in a Forum (yes/no). Names and emails are removed.

Find the members at risk of not renewing in the next 120 days.
1. First, tell me how many rows you read, which columns you found, and any rows with missing or odd values. Then stop and wait until I write GO.
2. Rate each member High, Medium or Low risk. Use only these signals: no event in 90 days or more; fewer events in the last 6 months than in the 6 months before; not in a Forum; renewal date within 120 days; first-year member. For each member, list the signals that apply.
3. Make a table of High-risk members only: member ID, renewal date, signals, and one personal outreach step (a call, a coffee, an invitation to a specific type of event).
4. Write a board summary of 150 words or fewer: count per risk level, the 2 biggest patterns, and 2 recommended actions, each with an owner shown as [OWNER].
5. Proof: for the top 3 members, quote the exact values from their rows that you used.
Do not calculate anything you cannot show from the file. If a column I named is missing, stop and tell me.
